2. It is very important that you review our Payment and Preparation Guide before completing your down payment. By making your down payment it is understood that you have confirmed your charter, date time and number of passengers with Brian Hawkins and that you have READ AND AGREE TO the following Payment and Preparation Guide.

3. We require a 20% down payment to officially confirm your charter date and time. After you have completed the steps above you may complete your down payment.

*CANCELLATION POLICY

To receive a full refund of your down payment you must cancel at least 5 days in advance of your charter date to allow enough time for Hawkins Charters to rebook the date that you have held. If you do not cancel at least 5 days in advance the full amount of your down payment will be non-refundable.
